The Bullitt Centre
The Bullitt Centre was completed in 2012 in Seattle, Washington. Designed to meet the Living Building Challenge, the Bullitt Center is the most advanced energy and water efficient urban building to date. The centre is triple net-zero –net-zero energy, water and waste – and showcases the latest sustainable technologies and strategies.
The Bullitt Center will be home for several of the region’s leading green organizations including the Bullitt Foundation, the University of Washington’s Integrated Design Lab and the International Living Future Institute. These organizations have joined forces to create a street-level public resource center designed to educate people on the latest in green building innovations and urban sustainability.
The Bullitt Centre was and continues to be a huge inspiration to the development of the Mosaic Centre.
